By accessing or using NexaDial ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including administrators, agents, and any other persons who access the Platform.
NexaDial is a cloud-based Private Branch Exchange (PBX) platform that provides VoIP telephony services including SIP extension management, ring group configuration, call routing, call recording, live call monitoring, billing management, and multi-tenant administration.
The Platform connects to third-party VoIP providers (including our VoIP carrier) to facilitate voice communications. You acknowledge that call quality and availability are subject to the service levels of those underlying providers.

Important: NexaDial does not provide E911 emergency calling services. Do not rely on this Platform for emergency communications.
The Platform provides optional call recording functionality. By enabling call recording, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all legally required consents from all parties to the call before recording begins. NexaDial accepts no liability for any failure to obtain such consent.
Where applicable, use of telephony services through the Platform incurs per-minute charges. These charges are deducted from your account balance in real time. You acknowledge that:
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and content are the property of NexaDial or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for your internal business communications purposes.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NexaDial does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaDial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
