Is there really a free plan?
Yes — the Starter plan is available for small teams. You only pay for the calls you make and receive at competitive per-minute rates. You only pay for the calls you make and receive (pay-as-you-go per-minute rates). There is no monthly subscription fee on the Starter plan.
How does per-minute billing work?
Every call is automatically costed at the end of the call. Duration is rounded up to the next full minute. The cost is deducted from your tenant balance in real time. You can view every charge in the billing transaction history.
Do I need my own VoIP carrier account?
Yes. NexaDial connects to your own VoIP carrier account. You enter your credentials in Settings and the platform handles the rest — buying numbers, creating SIP domains and routing calls through your account.
What is white-label branding?
On the Business plan, each tenant can have a custom app name, logo URL and primary color. You can also configure a custom SIP display domain (e.g. sip.yourbrand.com) so your clients never see NexaDial branding.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Your data remains accessible until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. On the Business plan you get discounted per-minute rates versus the Starter plan. For high-volume use cases, contact us for Enterprise pricing with further negotiated rates.
